Nancy Adams has more than thirty years of experiences in the sport field hockey. Nancy was a former standout high school and Division I collegiate athlete, an official PIAA and OHSAA referee and most recently a Head Varsity High School Coach in Northern Virginia. She has also coached for several local field hockey clubs.

Her enthusiasm and love for the sport is evident and contagious amongst her players and families. She has consulted and advocated with many top players who play college field hockey. Her commitment to her clients is unmatched because of her guidance,support and first hand experiences as a recruited DI athlete. Student athletes receive detailed, customized recruiting plans. Nancy specializes in communication and engagement with each athlete.

Nancy is a Level I USAFH and VHSL certified coach, along with NFHS certificate I safe sport, CPR certified. In addition, she serves on the Virginia Independent Schools Athletic Association Field hockey committee and United States Field Hockey Association.

At a young age, she began playing field hockey in Southern New Jersey. She was coached by the legendary Jeanne Kline(HS) and Greg Gephart (USAFH). She was a three sport athlete at Bishop Eustace Preparatory School in New Jersey. In 2012, her alma mater celebrated her induction into the Hall of Fame for field hockey, basketball, and softball. During high school, her passion flourished as a recruited Division I scholar athlete at James Madison University. She was named co-captain of the Dukes,(senior year) a nationally ranked top 20 collegiate field hockey team.

Nancy lives in Purcellville, Virginia with her husband Rob. They have three grown children and two doodle babies. Her sons played NCAA college lacrosse. Her daughter has a verbal commitment to Sacred Heart University in Connecticut.
